Shipping and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Please note that all candle sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us with a photo of the broken candle, and we will send you a replacement.

Processing Time:

Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted in the product’s description. For all other delays, you will be notified via email. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. While the estimated delivery window is between 3-5 business days from shipping, delivery delays may occur based on post office processing.

Shipment Confirmation:

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
